VRA Theatre v1.01

Here's the new one, featuring everyone's favorite bad ass titan slaying waifu, Mikasa!  I've been wanting to bring her back for a while now and with the new season airing, no time like the present. Still trying to sort out the Vive issue from the initial release, but hopefully its working here. To get it out as quickly as possible I tested on the Oculus.  The teleport direction is working now.  On the right controller you can use your thumb position on the trackpad prior to releasing the trigger to set the direction.  Still working on the menu selection but you can still skip songs with the mouse button.
